Do you want to return a ribbon? No problem!
We want you to feel totally and completely satisfied with our product.
If you are not fully satisfied you can return the product within 14 days after the purchase, except for custom-made ribbons (created especially for you).
For ribbons with jewelry (real gold and/ or Murano style), purchased in the Christmas season, the return period is to the 10th of January of the following year.
In case of return, please inform us in advance via email.
We don’t take returns for any products after them being used.
Please cover the shipping costs at the time of return.
The Schleifenparadies does not take any responsibility over such costs. Upon return of the product, please indicate all purchase data so we can clearly and easily identify the correct order.
