Terms of purchase
By placing an order through Schleifenparadies, the client proposes to purchase the products selected under the following conditions.
1. Registration: By registering on Schleifenparadies the client must ensure that his personal information and data are complete and correct.
1.1 We request that you inform the Schleifenparadies about any changes in address, or other, without delay to keep your personal data up to date.
2. Password: By registering so you can use all the features of Schleifenparadies, you will be prompted to create your password. You should keep it strictly confidential, not sharing or disclosing to third parties.
2.1 You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any purchases and orders placed with it, even without your knowledge.
2.2 If you know or suspect that someone has the knowledge or use of your password, please immediately inform Schleifenparadies.
3. My Account: Any user is responsible for the Schleifenparadies elements of access to his account (username and password) to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
3.1 By using the "My Account" menu you can add, change or delete your personal data, as well as check purchases and orders placed and change your password.
3.2 In cases of misuse of the site and regardless of the applicable legal procedure, the Schleifenparadies reserves the right to cancel the account and remove all purchases and orders, as well as any other type of content from user.
4. Privacy Policy: The Schleifenparadies guarantees the confidentiality of all data supplied by its customers. The collection and processing of data is carried out safely, thus preventing their loss or manipulation.
4.1 The Schleifenparadies does not disclose or sell its customer data to third parties, so that all information will be confidential. Access to information is restricted and is only used for customer communication and processing of your orders, payments and after-sales service.
4.2 To all clients is reserved the right to access, modify and delete personal data. If you wish, at any time, to no longer be part of Schleifenparadies you may exercise these rights through the following means:

5. Products, pricing and delivery of orders: prices shall be construed in Euros (€).
5.1 All prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate.
5.2 The amount paid for each item you order is displayed on this site, valid on the date of the order, including VAT and without shipping charges.
5.3 The shipping charges are charged according to the figures in this website at the date on which the order was made. Calculations are based on the order size, distance, country and mode of delivery desired.
5.4 Schleifenparadies reserves the right to change prices and shipping charges at any time and to cancel a contract in case of errors of writing, printing or calculation.
5.5 If, upon delivery, the Customer is not at the provided the order will stay at the nearest post to the address for 3 days after which the order will return and be considered cancelled.
5.6 Schleifenparadies will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of any order driven by circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters or other that make impossible to produce, transport or deliver the products.
6. Payment
The client has available the following forms of payment:
- ATM or service Homebanking
- Paypal
7. Cancellation of Orders & Returns
To cancel or return an order, the customer must send an email to service@schleifenparadies.com referring the following data:
- Name on which the order was made
- Date on which the order was made
- Order number
7.1 Schleifenparadies reserves the right to not process orders if there is any inconsistency in personal details or observe misconduct by the client.
7.2 Schleifenparadies reserves the right to not process any orders or refund in case there are errors in value and/ or characteristics of the products when they occur from factors outside the Schleifenparadies will.
7.3 Clinet has 15 days from the date of receipt of the product to perform its replacement by another if the first is not delivered under appropriate conditions or show any abnormality. To make this exchange the product must be returned in the condition it was delivered, unused and in good condition (not deteriorated or without smells).
7.4 The resolution of contract is possible only if all products are returned in the condition it was delivered, in excellent condition, otherwise there will be no place for any refund and the product will be returned back to you.

Any request for clarification, suggestion or complaint should be addressed to Schleifenparadies. You can exercise this right by the following means:

9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the Portuguese law and the applicable European laws.
